Compile failed to add new items

Added Dino Shop(Saddles, Kibble)
Added new custom item setup for sell shop (Can add upto 5 custom items of your choice to the sell shop)
(custom items should work for other addon items (untested).
Fixed price of rocket launcher (missed a digit when adding it)
Fixed price of fabricated sniper (it had the wrong ingredients on my chart)

Finally fixed the resource shop it was a kit error not overwriting the file so when I made changes nothing was happening

resource shop is hosed from the game update.. I don't know what was changed but will have to wait for the kit to update to find out why it's no longer working.. put the old resource shop back in game for now
