Tweaked some sell logic to try and prevent a crash if the item is a base resource with no listing

Made changes to attempt to repair the server lock when dropping element into the sell shop (Didn't expect anyone to sell such a hard to get resource) and disabled element by default.
Adjusted berries price found that I changed arma to 5g per 100 but the rest were never updated all updated to 5g per 100.
Reduced narcoberry to 40G per 100 (down from 80g)
Reduced Stimberry to 20g per 100 (down from 40g)
Fixed a major exploit when buying saddles

Added a medium Med kit (lvl 60 req)
Removed some shops that were left in for people to retrieve inventory from

Added a 3rd money type to fix the issues with items being too high cost
Change to dave vault and dave trough, they both now take resources from you when you run into them making it easier to dump your inventory so you can continue farming and someone else can use the mats you brought them :)
Added some dino costumes
Added kibble- boa, lystros, Gallimimus, kairuku
Added Handful of saddles
Added stimulant to resource shop
Added buyable dinos (random stats/level to keep it interesting) added 2 for testing
Added all items to sell shop default, even other mod items (though if the mod doesn't break down to a default item they won't be sold)
Add blueprint value to sell shop? make blueprints worth a % of the full item price? yes added option [sell] blueprint=XXX this will set the value of blueprints compared to the item created. (100 means 100% actual item 50 means 50% of item and 0 (default) means 50% and -1 means don't sell blueprints)
Added more items to sell shop
Sell shop converted to use base item prices for all items. Unless overwritten by admin.
Reworked base item prices to hopefully better balance costs.
Added note to research shop about "downgrading" items if you try to research an item bigger than your skill.
Added the mass pricing list [Shopmod] SellRate, and base items Wood, Stone... if you change wood here it'll change the price of everything made of wood, if you change it in [Sell] it only changes Wood and items not in sell list will be effected by this price but in kit items will still be set to default. If you choose to use this option setting wood to 1g would make it sell for
80black (80% default changed by the SellRate option) and buy for 1g each.
Added new option for sell shop to auto set sell price % .. I'll redo the pricing to be 100% price and then set it to 80% by default.. will still allow for setting your own prices but this will allow for mass price adjustment.
Create 1 list with all items and have a sell % set for the difference between buying an item and selling the item. so you put metal=1g and sell 50% you would get 50green when selling but pay 1g when buying. (partially uploaded weapon shop and sell shop).
Increased the purple coin value to 10,000 gold This should make prices be allowed to go very high.
Added UI to buying from weapon shop (no more need to put money in shops, buys straight from your inventory) now uses a BUY button and asks for quantity (if this tests well I'll be able to buy ammo in any bulk).
Added icons, item info to weapon shop and set weapon shop to use folders.
Moved all armor to Weapon shop (leaving armor shop alone at this time, will remove armor shop functionality before live if this all works).
Added Items to research shop: Trike saddle, Fishing Pole
Removed Items from research shop: Some Turrets (will be all before live so leaving it at this for now)
Fixed Issue with client crashing for weapon shop (infinite loop caused when crafting)
Move sell shop up to 250 slots.
Updated base sell item prices (the base items now set prices for all items so adjusted them to better fit the changes to how fast and easy some are to get.
**VISUAL BUG ADDED** The cost of items now show the cost to craft them as well as the pearl cost but this is only a visual bug.
Changed the new coins ICON and Name .. didn't like purple pearls :)
Add quantity options for bulk buy in the multi item shops (like ammo)
Multiplayer icons for items in shops
Added megaloceros saddle
Renamed the new weapon shop to equipment shop (did not change the engram or item names just the in game display name
Changed [weapon] to [EquipmentShop] for INI
Did clean up on old assets that are no longer in use (removed all of the items that were used in version 1.0 but not compatible with stacking mods).
Added [SupplyShop] to ini and removed [armor][ammo][resource][dino]
Moved Resource and dino shop to SupplyShop all ini options can be moved directly under SupplyShop no other options have changed.
Added Ammonite Bile, Element,Clay,Raw Salt,Sand,Sulfur,Cactus Sap,Wyvern Milk to Supply Shop
Removed engrams for armor, ammo, dino, and resource shops.
Added all the kibbles (every single one that is in the kit) all default priced at 15g.
