-Major changes & improvements to animations and compiling
--Overhauled animation port to a more streamlined process
--Properly resized reference model
--Moved from a traditional subract-delta compile to a L4D1-style IK-weightlist compile to improve animation blending
--Improved reload start animation
--Removed backwards walk animation (this is due to a bug with the IK chaining)
