New faction added: France

New units added:
Two new Hessian units to Great Britain
British Light specialist unit replaced with QR

Four new French units to Continental Army (3 infantry units, 1 cavalry unit)
Pulaski Lancers also added

The new French units are also added to the France faction
French Chasseurs now light specialist unit for France faction

Benjamin Martin (Mel Gibson) can now brace with the weaponized cont flag
Weaponized cont flag damage slightly nerfed, flag position changed

Bayoneted muskets are slightly slower to present, (33 -> 25)

Militia's Flintlock rifle is slightly more accurate by 5 (55 -> 60)

Nerfed Spontoon/German Spontoon/Cont Halberd damage by 5

Musket accuracy is now 55

New environment, skyboxes, postfx shader and more
