Added the 501st Legion as a unique mechanized infatny unit for Information Era games.

Fixed a problem where other civilizations could build the Empire's unique buildings.
Civilization type now includes _SW so it shouldn't interfere with other mods on the workshop
Changed the Dawn of Man text to the excellent one created by Rush King
Added Aluminum requirement to the construction of the Death Star II
