Fixes and Changes
- Fixed when jumping or falling from a small ledge (or higher), a footstep will be heard upon landing.
- Fixed footsteps being heard while running and crouching at the same time.

- Fixed jumping noises still being silent in multiplayer even when the convar "ss_silent_jumps" was set to 0.

Fixes and Changes
- Fixed silent steps for crouching in spaces where you're not actually pressing the crouch key.
- Fixed jumping noise. Landing steps are unchanged for design reasons.
- Added the ability to reenable walking steps.

New Server Convars
ss_silent_jumps (def: "0")
- Enable silent jumping.

ss_silent_walking (def: "1")
- Disable walking footsteps.

NPCs *should* respect silent players now.
Note: You must set sw_npc_ignore_silent to 1 in server console to use this feature.
