Name change, sounds better. Fixed Shock bullets not arcing from enemy to enemy properly.

Fixed issues with other weapon bases not responding to ammo changes well. Also added semi-support for HL2 weapons. (Swap ammo and then pick up ammo for the HL2 gun)
