Added support for more modes of propulsion.

SLED (frictionless wheels with thrusters)
ROTORS (rotor drive wheels)

Auto-detection of modes based on blocks found on local grid.

Fixes for simspeed issues.

Added 180 rotate command while in travel. Meant to allow retro thrust application.

Add commands through Programmable Block arguments

If no named block found, try first remote control, then try first ship controller
