+ Nerfed small arms range by 50% (400 meters is plenty for their intended role).
+ Buffed missile damage, but reduced firing rate to offset this; end result makes missiles production somewhat less resource intensive.
+ Made an attempt to fix and add Keen's generic battlecannon turret (failed); will try again later after more testing.

went through all the data with a fine tooth comb to tweak little things here and there.

+ Added shot deviation for many weapons that were missing that attribute
(gatling accuracy > missile accuracy)
+ Brought damage levels more back in line with vanilla, while maintaining original purpose of this mod.
+ ALL small turrets now have x2 the rotation velocity of large turrets, but do half the damage of large turrets (due to lower rate of fire).
+ ALL fixed guns (gatlings and missiles) do more damage/second than turreted versions.
