Added the name of the addon in kick messages.

Now it uses game.KickID() instead of the console command kickid. This allows to use double quotes and multiple lined messages.

Removed an error in Single player. The SteamID64 is not available in Single player!

Changed the deny messages whether it's a non-dedicated game or a dedicated server.
