Ostrogoths now upgrade Comitatenses Spears to Lanciarii and can recruit them from settlements rather than the Royal Household buildings. Lanciarii require the Defined Military Obligation tech, Seniores still require Elite Military Class.

Gave Lanciarii Seniores a more curved shield to better mirror Cornuti Seniores from the vanilla game.
Increased helmet variety on Comitatenses, got rid of the scale+chainmail armor since I thought it looked out of place on the unit.
