Added respawnable weapons, numerous fixes (teleport fix for top, jaildoors bugging out, buttons not responding etc...), improved many graphical changes, including HDR tonemap controlling, texture tweaks, cubemapping and several minor level design improvements. Waterfall model has now been improved with the addition of a particle (will only work on a server with a precacher plugin!). Most importantly: Ramp flow has been improved and should now be bug-free!
