-Tabletop mountain is now fully playable. Area will get future polish passes of course.
-Tabletop mountain cavern is now enterable and won't kill you
-polish pass to central river area
-some terrain changes to the south central area
-added redwood trees to south central area
-change in rock/cliff texture throughout most of the map
-some tweaks to max allowable creature spawns, increasing the creature count in areas that were not spawning many creatures

-redo of a small section of the central grassland part of the map, making the area more readable and navigatable, as well as making the area better for larger bases
-added blocking volume to tabletop caves to prevent players from entering them and dying (area not yet ready for play.)

-added waterveins to desert and other parts of map
-increased wind should make wind turbines more viable
-set collision settings for all large rocks and cliffs to ground instead of groundTerrain. This should allow players to build on them and not kill them any longer! NO MORE ASSASSIN ROCKS!

-fixed some rocks that were intent on killing players. May not have found all of them
-possibly enabled the use of scorched earth engrams (I hope?)
-properly enabled oilveins in desert biome. There are 4 total!
-some work on the plataue area. More to be done still.
