-Major lighting overhall implementing proper lighting and a more correct time of day.
-Rework of all water volumes and physics volumes
-Rework of all NPC spawns
-Tweaked all collusion and view distance properties for large objects (foliage is next.)
-Fixed crystals, they are now harvestable

-adjusted water physics volumes and post processing volumes of some lakes and the ocean to more closely match the altitude of their associated body of water.
-rework of supply points. There should now be atleast one drop for each level catagory.

-foliage overhall. Major changes to foliage, inluding new trees. All trees have also had their sizes increased.

-fixed issue that caused clutter objects to not apprear in certain areas of the landscape
-fixed beaver spawns, which I had accidenly set to mammoths before. Oops.
-added more resources across map, including rare resources to several locations. Some resources are still very rare however, such as oil and silicone.
-tweaked and added detail across the map, notably to the eastern swamp and areas in the west that were lacking.
