Garamante and Nasamones auxiliaries are now only recruited in Phazania, Libya and Aethiopia instead of North Africa for historical accuracy.

buffed the Saharan Pikemen and Nubian Pikemen to where they are more or less competitive with Carthaginian African Pikes. Also increased their recruitment cost and upkeep cost.
