Silentium faction:
- New charging laser weapon
- Revised stats so energy generation is easier
- New ship designs

- Added more tips
- Vagaari Torbo Laser turret spread increased

2/7/17 - version - 1.15
- Chiss mines fixed.
- Empire regions edited so a larger variety of ships spawn.
- Separatists: Added six new designs as well as ion cannons.

* Vagaari faction completely reworked:
- Your old ships will still work fine, but some blocks have been depreciated and no longer appear in the palette.
- A few new block shapes added.
- Some new projectile weapons added.
- Thruster and weapon colors have changed.
- All new ship designs.
- Pretty much everything rebalanced.

1/22/17 - version - 1.14
- Torpedos: a bit more speed and durability.
- Heavy Rockets: less speed and health
- Energy bombs: more health and tractoring
- Mines: tractoring
- Pirates now have asteroid bases.
- Redesigned some of the Empire and Rebel ships.
- Region file edited to allow a larger variety of ships to spawn.

Separatist faction changes:
- Large ships and bases all redesigned
- Slower thrusters
- More shields
- Droids rebalanced and generally buffed

Yuuzhan Vong:
Added environmental plant blocks.
Plants spawn in regions.(You might have to make a new save if playing as the Yuuzhan Vong)

1/13/17 - version - 1.12

Yuuzhan Vong changes:
- All Yorik Coral blocks cost P.
- Living Material and Pigmented Flesh blocks durability reduced, but now have a faster regrow rate.
- Singularity mines now suck ships in.
- Asteroids from Launcher now explode on impact.
- New Heavy Thrusters. Provide reliable thrust, but have a long wind-up time.
- Electrical bladder (generator block) added. (I thought it was already in the game, but somehow missing)
- 35 redesigned ships. More variations for designs.
- New Seed launcher and crop seeds (plants to be added later)

1/9/17 - version - 1.11
- All factions that have them, Turbolaser turret, Capital Turbolaser turret, and Quad laser cannon

turret: spread increased and turret speeds reduced to slow.
-The large Point-Defense Cannons range reduced to 800.

- The Yuuzhan Vong 'Qworlth Skaal' weapon: P cost greatly increased, but it now has a tractor-beam "Proton Sword" type laser that cuts and drags things into it's melee spike.
- The Yuuzhan Vong Dovin Basal thrust edited to be more logical, less derpy.

- Death Star laser much more effective verse ships with shields. Longer charge time.

1/8/17 - version 1.10
- All factions that have them, Turbolaser turret rate of fire reduced to 3 shots per sec.
- All factions that have them, Capital Turbolaser turret rate of fire reduced to 2 shots per sec.
- All factions that have them, Quad laser cannon turret range reduced to 800.

- Chiss thrusters rebalanced
- Energy Bombs adjusted
- Torpedo mines given longer range but no guidance
- Chiss now have Solar Panels
- All new ship designs and base
