Fixed compilation error introduced by game update.

Slight refactor and fixes for game changes.

* Needs only one of either Remote control or Cockpit on the grid
* Automatically adjusts set speed to accomodate speed mods
* More responsive and accurate thanks to new speed calculation method
* Fixed default set speed that changed in game
