Updated with new uniforms and hats from CUP updates. Added AKM and AK47 from CUP to random weapons.

Added CUP Units as optional addons for more uniforms. Moved all bullets and items to vest in case players end up naked.

Change players default parameters to pistols only. Enemies default parameters are all the guns.
