Updated M16 skin and added Mini 14 in Multicam.

-Changed the M4A1 skin to Multicam- I was not pleased with the Kryptek patterns low quality.

-I also made a brand new from scratch Kryptek pattern and added it to the MK18.

Added the M4A1 in Kryptek and M40 in a desert Camo. I also fixed the M40a1's normal maps so it is not so shiny.
