Added some new kite shield textures (may require further tweaking) and also reduced filesize by getting rid of errant, unused models.

Quick edit to fix horses as per request.

Only the Theme of Sicily will have armored warhorses, and only on their highly armored units.

Small edit: Changed the English helmets to exclude any Nordic/Saxon helmets to make them more distinct, especially when fighting the Danes or Saxons.
