Updated sprites for M4A1, M4A1 w/ GL, M249 SAW, M40 Sniper Rifle, and RPG. M40 Sniper Rifle rebalanced.

Added offhand versions of the M9 Beretta and 357 Magnum, and increased the M4A1 w/ GL cost to 85. Updated Spas 12 sprite.
