Ported over the ironsight FOV change and accuracy tweaks from the bolter SWEP, shuffled around sweaponslot priority, fixed spawn names, slight adjustment to aim points.

Absorbed the laspistols into this addon too, slight updates to weapon names and vgui stuff.

Changed fire rates a bit, changed firing sound for hotshot variants, fixed hotshot lasguns not having muzzle flashes, fixed white hotshot lasgun not dealing increased damage, allowed players to fire while sprinting, ported over the holster function from the bolter SWEP, set hotshot lasguns to use the same weaponslot.

* ActIndex tweak, which should fix some oddball animations when viewing other players wielding lasguns. Going to hope this doesn't cause its own problems.

* The lasguns are selective-fire, and can be toggled to/from semi-auto and full-auto with Use + Secondary Fire. Changed it so changing fire mode prints a message, and documented this ability in the weapon select's "instructions" section.
* Fixed useless series of clicks when attempting to fire on an empty magazine. Doing this will instead trigger a reload, if possible.
