V1.3 - Terminal remains after reload, but mesh is gone. Commenter suggested checking auto stasis option. Lets see if it works.

V1.2 - Terminal remains after reload, but mesh is gone. Maybe this will fix it. Made it capable of being picked up.

V1.1 - Terminal despawned on reload of single player. Hopefully fixed that. Also, increased recovered materials to 100% when demolishing terminal..
