V3 - Numerous, lots of clipping, polishing of previous changes, reworked new connector to make less distant

Slothsquadrons suggestions including:
Replacing van in underpass with crates. Was previously awkward shape and annoying to shoot through.
Removed pesky basket lid in bombsite A that could previously be planted under and removed barrels in open area
Lowered fog down to Dust2 levels
Replaced bags and crates in hidey spot in B with simple crate and opened up with back alley behind
Sealed up CT spawn to simplify bombsite
Raised sidewalk curbs no longer solid
Opened up back of A so that there are no more hidey positions
Removed poles and construction from temple interior to give terrorists more places to take cover
Added substantial cover for Ts at top of stairs against CT sniper spot
And other suggestions including:
Removed helicopter (Thanks einseun91!)
Added more cover to new corridor area thing and widened vent (Thanks various, Aslan2k, Cookaie and others)
Replaced barrels at top of slope with more substantial cover (Thanks GladossCake!)
Added extra cover in corridor leading to A (Thanks GladossCake!)
Blocked up spot to left of T entrance to A (Thanks GladossCake!)
Rotated crates CT entrance to A to make area easily smoke-able (Thanks GladossCake!)
Replaced vents with Mirage shoot-outable metal scrap stuff (Thanks Archdukemoneybags!)
Lots of boosts and exploits (Thank you GeneralBleedGaming!)
