Pulled content into mapfile for compatibility against ingame downloading issue

Version 2.0

- got rid of all ut2004 assets and replaced them with new SDKK assets
- redid the entire lighting (to go with the new assets)
- fixed glasses that could be shot through
- added pickups for non-instagib play
- added support for Area Domination
- added mapmusic (fixed some missing reward sounds as well)
