- new colour scheme
- civ icon enlarged slightly
- UB buffed slightly (+2 Gold instead of +1 from tiles that generate at least 4 of any yield)

- slightly changed the effects/costs of the decisions
- expanded the civilopedia entries
- Updated modsupport
