Another attempt to fix the issue with the engrams showing correctly in the Ark engram menu. Reverted the Level, GameMode, GameState and PrimalGameData blueprint files to the default and re-customized to see if that will fix the problem.

Small tweak to mod description.

Adjusted the way that the mod is cooked to resolve an issue where some players were unable to see the engrams on their server. Huge thanks to Mezzow and jslay for their assistance.

Added Harpoon Metal Arrow. Fixed Drain and Tranq Metal Arrows sometimes consuming existing Drain and Tranq Metal Arrows when crafting. Tranq Metal Arrows now apply x2.5 torpor on impact and x7.5 torpor over 10 seconds (previously it was x7.5 torpor on impact and x2.5 torpor over 5 seconds). Drain Metal Arrows now reduce stamina, food and water over 10 seconds as a multiplier of damage (previously it was instantly to zero) - they also cause wild dinosaurs hit with them to become untamable (you can use them on wild dinosaurs to help taming AFTER the dinosaur is unconscious, but not before). This should make the Drain Metal Arrows more useful against players and less abusable for speeding up the taming process.

Added an alpha version of the Drain Metal Arrow. Reduced the damage of modified arrows from 150 to 53. Increased the torpidity of the Tranq Metal Arrow to compensate for the reduced damage.

Attempted to fix the icons which hadn't been showing for the Tranq Metal Arrow in game.
