various small texture adjustments

Body:

- Re-UV of the armor slot to reduce obvious seams
- Silhouette adjustments
- Texture details and cleanup.
- Re-did the jacket/belt
- AO increased overall, self-shadowing addressed
- Overall texture and masking pass
- Overall skinning pass

Armor:
-Added more filigree, changed the texture of the cape to match the new swirly design elements
-Adjusted some parts of the mesh, like the sash and cape so they "fit" better on him and don't appear as saggy.

Overall:
-Muted/adjusted some of the colors to be less bright and tacky and more unified with his color scheme
-Added another slight top to bottom value gradient
