Overhauled the Oxygen side of things, with a slight rebalance of the suit Hydrogen system.

Quick update to add new references and correct for changes to existing values found in Dev 01.151 (Realistic Sounds update).

Minor additions and alterations made to mirror those in the base 01.149 Dev build. Mostly to do with anchor points and Engineer sounds (such as choking, apparently) which shouldn't really be necessary but it's better not to run that chance.

Will look into the possibility of making data files to alter settings, rather than outright replace entities, which should avoid these sorts of things in future. Just not tonight - too tired.

Updated suit efficiency to both not exceed 100% theoretical efficiency, and better match the Large Ship, Large Hydrogen Thurster. Suit and bottle capacity has been re-adjusted accordingly.

Figured out why Hydrogen Bottles weren't being consumed previously. Turns out they were - they just had enough capacity to fill the suit about 4,167 times over, so the tiny amount lost per fill wasn't noticeable.

Quick compatibility update for patch 01.128. This patch added the AnimationController property, as well as Inventory and InventoryVolume, which I've simply copied across from the default suit.
