Democracy 3 Modification
Additions
- Policies appear automatically.
- Default "Income Tax" policy nullified (Cancellable & Disappears after one turn automatically).
- Situations and income multiplier should now be fitted to the fluxation of taxes. (I.E. Tax evasion).

Changes
- Improved the income gained to better mimic the default income tax policy whilst still retaining the slight boost.

Fixes
- Fixed middle-income image not displaying properly or at all.
- Fixed bug where modded policies could be cancelled.

Removals
- Ability to implement the policy (See Additions).
