Romanian Armed Forces mod v0.3 - 21/02/2016

- added weapons from CUP weapons

- ROArmy AKS 74
- ROArmy AKS 74u
- ROArmy PKM
- ROArmy PM md. 1963 (Romanian version of AKM)
- ROArmy PM md. 64 (Romanian version of RPK)
- ROArmy PSL (Romanian sniper rifle derived from RPK)
- ROArmy RPG-7

- All weapons except the RPG can fit NATO attachments to account for ROArmy being a NATO force in 2035.
- All weapons have been reworked in terms of sounds, ballistics and recoil so they are very much unlike CUP weapons to handle)

- added two custom ghillie suits (ROAMR and ROARS)
- added four new soldier classes (AT Soldier and Sniper for ROAMR and ROARS)
- removed ROArmy SVU and ROArmy Negev as they were placeholder weapons.
