Turret/Gunner Seat
Repair function (press SHIFT)
* Plays astromech and repair noise
* Gives ship 25% of health back (not implemented yet)

Updated:
Fire sounds
Engine sound
Torpedo/engine color

Current Bugs:
Gunner still invisible :/
Repair actually doesn't do anything yet but make noise and go on cooldown

Added a visible pilot to the cockpit.

Also fixed cockpit issue where other cockpits would not draw in first person.
