Added Player Tracker menu, you can now track a history of events which occurred throughout the server's current uptime instance and replay anything that has happened.

Added Prop Spam detection (only works if fpp is mounted)
You can now load previous events prior to the server being restarted
Added an Online/Offline marker in the menu next to the suspected player's name

Added marker for arrests, They work the same way as deathmatch markers.
