Eh..forgot to change the api version which made the mod crashed..T_T

Fixed following bug:

1. Tong's special items' recipes can be seen/crafted by other players.
2. Tong's portable crock pot can be picked up by other player.
3. After revive, Tong's speed goes back to normal speed.
4. Other player trying to summon Leo crashes the client.


Changed following things:
1. Added 'TONG' title to the character selector page.
2. Summoning Leo now only reduce small amount of sanity instead of huge amount.
