Version 5.8

Fixed a bug added by update 5.7, where the Talos' Blessing ability made the cool down time between shouts 2,000% faster, due to a misplaced decimal point! The cool down is now 20% faster.

Update: 30 May, 2016 @ 8:41am

Version 5.7

Fixed a bug where the game would sometimes close to the desktop--for example, if the player had the Talos blessing active when subscribing to the mod.

Removed the Talos Blessing feature that increased the duration of the blessing, as it was causing the bug.

Made the time reduction between shouts a constant 20% (this stacks with the 20% reduction for the Talos Alter blessing and the 10% reduction for the Amulet of Talos, so it is now possible to have a total reduction in time between shouts of 50%).

Version 5.6

Added the ability to craft the all-new Ancient Nord Hero's helmet at the Skyforge. It has two more armor protection than the Ancient Nord Helmet and looks like the helmet Draugr Deathlords wear. Nords only need the Steel Smithing perk to craft it.

Update: 25 Feb, 2016 @ 5:22am

Version 5.5

Now you can make and improve Ancient Nord armor and Nord Hero weapons! And you don't have to wait till near the end of the Companions quests. All a Nord needs is the Steel Smithing perk! You can also make and improve the Draugr Deathlord helmet featured in the video!

The protection of each armor item is increased to make it the same as the Companions armor. The base damage of the weapons is increased to the same as Skyforge Steel weapons. So the armor you choose and the weapons you use is simply a matter of deciding what looks more badass!

Features added in this release:

  • Added the ability for Nords and Nord Vampires to make Ancient Nord armor items at the Skyforge without the Skyforge perk. Only the Steel Smithing perk is now required for Nords make and temper them.

  • Added the ability for Nords and Nord Vampires to make Nord Hero weapons at the Skyforge without the Skyforge perk. Only the Steel Smithing perk is required for Nords to make and temper them.

  • Increased the armor protection of the Ancient Nord armor items. They now have the same protection and selling price as Companions armor but weigh 1 more.

  • Added new armor--the Draugr Deathlord Helmet! The helmet (featured in the video) can also be crafted and tempered by Nords with the Steel Smithing perk. It has more armor protection and a higher selling price than the Companions helmet.

  • Increased the damages and selling prices of the Nord Hero weapons. They now have the same base damages and selling prices as the Skyforge Steel weapons (equivalent to Elven weapons) but weight 1 more.

Update: 22 Feb, 2016 @ 5:43pm

Version 5.4

Fixed a bug where the correct percent chance for the Crushing Blow ability wasn't displayed on the Active Effects node of the Magic menu. I'm temporarily removing the percent chance from the menu for now. Hope to add it back soon.

Update: 22 Feb, 2016 @ 6:07am

Version 5.3

Fixed the brawling bug. NPCs challenged to a brawl should no longer become hostile and use a weapon when the player does power attacks with fists during the brawl. Tested with these NPCs:

- Cosnach[www.uesp.net]
- Hofgrir the Horse-Crusher[www.uesp.net]
- Uthgerd the Unbroken[uesp.net]

The Crushing Blow ability is now disabled during brawling quests and the quests immediately preceding and proceeding them. Please report any brawling quests--such as those with Orc stronghold chiefs, the Companions side quest, or the Thieves Guild quests--where the brawling NPCs become hostile, so I may add exceptions for additional quests.

Update: 21 Feb, 2016 @ 8:09am

Version 5.2

  • Fixed a bug where the stagger effect for Crushing Blow was being applied to NPCs prior to being hit

  • Reduced the Crushing Hit and Knockback Attack percent chances by 1
