Fixed a lot of major issues.

-Redesigned airlocks to not suffocate players.
-Fixed and renamed doors that were not working.
-Connected external conveyor ports that were not connected to the main conveyor system.
-Enabled all air vents.
-Finished building areas which I had forgot.
-Adjusted some lights.
-Added a few extra thrusters.
-Cleared up space behind the refinery for upgrade nodes.
