There was a bug because of which items wouldn't come back to you inventory broken. Fixed now.

Update: 21 Apr, 2016 @ 10:59am

A little balancing tweak (now when .rar workarounds are of no need, I can update it more often, haha).
- Increased chance of finding clothes. For balance's sake - decreased change of finding fabrics.
- Broken tools are now kept in more easily available loot piles. Though, the amount and location are not changed, so you are still not about to drawn in broken tools.

Update: 17 Apr, 2016 @ 6:45am

So here's a breaking news. Eleatic Monism now doesn't require .rar workaround!
That's correct, just remove anything you've uploaded manually, ubsubscribe and subscribe again. It's gonna work just perfectly. Thanks to @黄昏不昏黄 for being very helpful and patient.

Other changes:
- All the icons have been redrawn from scratch. Now they fit the basic set much better.
- Paper received its own desctiption string and it's been added to 3 receipts.
- All localization strings are translated to every language available.
- Rissian name of "broken crowbar" changed in order to prevent it from weird sounding.
- Few loot generator bugs fixed.

Damn modkit bugs broke me a perfect release! >_<

Update: 20 Mar, 2016 @ 9:20am

- Did some HUGE balancing job. Now you won't find broken tools everywhere; the amount of those items on locations where they're presence is now roughly limited, but you have fair chances.
- Balanced shelter lootgen as well. Now the amount of broken tools in your shelter depends on quantity of people in your group, season etc.
- For balance's sake added broken tools to one more trader (nope, still not Franko).

Update: 6 Mar, 2016 @ 1:10pm

- New item added: Fabric. You can find it, or you can craft it out of Ragged clothes. Nobody buys it and nobody sells it.
- Clothes and fabrics are shown as "materials" in location descriptions now. So if you see "materials" there, it could be either materials themselves, or clothes/fabrics.
- Filters and bandages now require Fabric instead of Ragged clothes.
- Herbal meds now don't require Ragged clothes - receipt is back to vanilla. They'll need something else in upcoming releases.
- Sound of taking clothes didn't work for some reason. For now changed it to one of regular sounds.
- Added separate Loot Generator group for broken tools. Now they spawn independently from guns. But well, all magic comes with a price, so guns now have less probability to appear.
- Again, separate lootgen group for both fabrics. Now RNG will decide whether you'll get clothes or pieces of fabric. Materials are less chance to be found now.
- Fabrics can be used as fuel, just like clothes.

Update: 2 Mar, 2016 @ 11:00am

- Ragged clothes received their own sound of taking.
- Ragged clothes are spreaded through all over the city. Plus there are two traders who will sell you those (the prices, however...)
- Ragged clothes are included into 6 recipes, plus now you can make fuel out of them.
- There's no way clothes are shown in location descriptions. I just decided it would be fair enough. So you have to think logically, basing on type of location, which are your chances of finding old clothes there.
- Sets of dwellers are receiving different amount of ragged clothes in their shelter, basing on few criterias.

Update: 26 Feb, 2016 @ 9:20am

- Now broken tools are shown in location descriptions as "Tools". So read those descriptions carefully.
- Increased (a little bit) chance of spawning broken tools & guns on scavenge locations.
- Added new item: Ragged clothes. Soon it will be necessary for quite a lot of stuff.

Update: 25 Feb, 2016 @ 12:33pm

Just realised that tools are weapons for base defence as well. I thought it's kinda heartless to leave folks with nothing to defend themselves against robbers. So I've added a little something to shelter loot generation. After that, don't say I've never done anything for you!

Update: 25 Feb, 2016 @ 10:43am

Yep, now the thing with "you need a broken tool to make a tool" goes for shovels as well.
Get ready to dig your hands off. %-)
