Fixed the description for "Fortify Alteration Power". Unfortunately, AlterationPowerMod only affects the duration of spells and not their magnitude, which I never noticed before.

Added a disenchantable version of the Ghostblade (available in random loot, but pretty rare).

Fixed broken Worn Restrictions on most of the Perk enchantments, meaning that nothing could be enchanted with them!
