Made a few adjustments to clipping in spots and nobuild areas

the nobuild layer was off before, so... yah... nobuilds now.

New version! too much to detail here.

Lots is the same but generally took out the stuff that was over the top.

granted some of this is still crazy, but it's less so.

adjusted soundscapes.
rebuilt some of the area around the 2nd point. the intent was to enable red to fight back a bit more.
adjusted various sightlines being abused by snipers.
closed over several rooms that were never in play during play tests.
simplified the annoucement system.
simplified the 2nd point as well, no more teleporting on top of the heavy's head. that was too much for some folks.
reduced the time given at the first 2 points.
removed a sub point.
added a few more crates to the last point.
simplified the texture selection of buildings. it was apprently confusing to people. seizures.
the map is now 37 megs, which is 25 megs smaller than before.

added in soundscapes.
fixed the lighting on the robo-heavy.
rebuilt the collision on the robo-heavy.
added warning signs to the death pits.
fixed the water level issue in the skybox.
fixed the hud element for the bravo point.
added a small vinette to red's last spawn.
fixed the missing hat fx in blue's first spawn.
tightened up the room under the 3rd blue spawn.
added some additional arrows and signs in places.
changed the sky texture to the one with Mt. Rainier.
turned off collision on a variety of wall debris/signs/pipes.
added a hat vinette to the blue's room under their 3rd spawn.
fixed being able to see into the blue 2nd spawn from the lower area.
added some detailing in various places.
deleted some detailing in various places.

This is probably the release canidate, unless issues arise of course.
