Small fix

-Fixed gore player damage (it's annoying when it breaks when inside of spit)

-Added spitter acid sounds
-Added melee impact sounds
^>This may cause incompatibility. But it won't break anything that much, sorry. It might just make it weird lol.
-Added headless gore sounds
