Several small fixes, including extra arrows for Harbors, negative armor for Ballista Elephants, Condottiero creation time and Arambai not being affected by Parthian Tactics

Added support for chinese! A big thank you to Sakura! I also removed the other languages (which were only copies of the english version) to avoid any confusion

Mostly style fixes, I changed the wording on some parts, made capitalization more consistent (classes and unit names are capitalized, everything else subject to normal english rules) and fixed Elite janissaries creation time being affected by their team bonus in AK
