I fix the AI. Now Jane Doe should be more aggressive to everyone including you, but also he won't care your warmonger penalty.

After many years, I finally find a solution to recover my lost files.

So I knew Jane Doe was kind a op version of Bismarck's Germany, but my idea was a Civilization who care only to build an army quickly and without many cost problems (Dream of every Warlords in the world).

To balance that I gave him a 50% less great people, but wasn't rly enough debuff cus in the end you always get some great people.

In this patch I balanced his trait and his unique Unit:

Trait (Nerf):

-No longer has 50 less naval unit maintenance
-Now has 100% less great people

We are all soldiers, so none is better than the others ;)

Unique Unit (Rework):

-No longer has siege bonus
+ Combat strenght
+ Now has Amphibious promotion
