Major gameplay update-
#1 Added Logic_timers and other shiny stuff to enhance the gameplay of the map
#2 Added Rotating bushes
#3 Added some visual stuff
#4 Added PlayerClip, so players will no longer be able to go out of the map
#5 Changed the height of the T spawning area, so CT-s are no longer be able to jump up
