• Reverted changes from last update regarding NPC animations, as it broke compatibility with animated prop tool.

The reason for this is that the animated prop tool is very useful for posing models, as it can access ALL of the animations stored within a model. In this case, the NPC animations would cause the list of animations to not be loaded.

NPCs still work, but they lack some animations and thus can get stuck eg. reloading or facing a player directly (where it would otherwise play the bash animation). NPCs main purpose are arguably to be killed, anyways.

• NPCs now T-pose a whole lot less, but the friendly (non-hostile) NPCs still seem to get stuck in reload loops.
• Fixed weird weighting on Alduin viewmodel (the claws on the left arm were stretched in extreme positions)
• Increased distance before the model starts to use lower LODs
