Changes made in this update:
- New crafting recipe for MetalIngot 1 metal 2 coke = 1 ingot, crafter has 5 slots so able to make 5 at a time, 5metal 10 coke = 5 ingots.

- Replacing Ceiling lights with a new design, changing the destruction meshes and trying to slim down some of the excess baggage.

Changes made in this update:
- Paper Lanterns, Ceiling, Wall & Standing versions, all with destruction meshes, all with collision volumes and placement offsets, walls go on walls, standing go on structure floors, and well default goes on ceiling.
- Paper Lanterns, A much more mellow colouring to give a feel of a paper lantern, light travels a shorter distance with lower intensity and mellow attenuation.

- Paper Lanterns, just one size at the moment and it's ceiling mounted, will make a wall mounted and make a standup version sometime later tonight/tomorrow.

Changes made in this update:
- Oil Rig/Refinery Adjustments.
- Oil Rig is now able to be picked up and moved (This is to ensure inventory fixes work properly)
- Oil Rig is now a |Crafting| station.
- Oil Rig can craft Oil Well && Refined Oil from an Oil Well.
- Oil Well && Refined Oil are now engrams to be learnt after Oil Rig.
- Oil Well takes a minute to |Drill| and then has 400 runs before it dries up and is destroyed.
- Refined Oil now takes 15 minutes per run and produces 1 oil per run instead of 4.
- Oil Well should not randomly disappear anymore, Oil wells are able to be repaired in the event something happens, but only 1 thing can be crafted at a time and Refined Oil should always craft first preventing multiple wells.
- Refined Oil now working as Oil replacement, tested and it is consumed as per intentions.
