Fully automated architecture, it should now be possible to run this ENTIRELY without the console from now on

Fixed a few typos from the older version

Redid the shortened commands to push off the need of the console

Overall there is no reason to use the automatic version anymore

Abandoned vxl.cfg and sourced the configurations all too the valve.rc

+Added the valve.rc mod loading method from the automatic version

+Configured the keyboard setup menu to be able to change keys for this mod, bypassing the need for the console.
