Version 10.4, CFG Folder removal

Abandoned the CFG folder entirely, everything is handled locally by the radialmenu.txt

It's been mostly a laziness to not do it myself, I knew how the .txt worked from fiddling with it in the past. Thank Ion for reminding me that it WAS repairable. (Go check out his work while you're at it!)

The Wait test system has been abandoned as well as a result of the changes. +spam_spawn will now no longer work and the Keyboard menu has had its entry changed to use SS_Var instead.

It really was a shame to lose the wait tester... I put a lot of work into that making sure it wouldnt hang the game by accident...

Updated the description to match changes.

Version 9.6, Character Forcing

Made a new menu to fill an empty slot in the cheat menu to allow people to forcibly change survivors (as long as a player isn't that survivor)

Removed a duplicate voiceline in bills specific voicelines (dont know how i missed that), the dupe was "Idiot" and "trailer", dropped idiot and replaced it with Ass, (Dont be an ass franshish)

Tossed in the feature of going back to the previous menu you were in on the cheat menu.

Added a few more melee weapons to the Meleemenu as well as a second meleemenu

Version 9.0, The Cheatmenu Update
The version big enough it skipped 8.0

Added brand new Cheatmenu, behaves differently compared to the other menus, Tap to use function.

Updated the description IMMENSELY to match the occasion.

Zombiemenu still works from old version but is not necessary.

Cheatmenu includes MiM system (Menu In Menu) including menus: primwepmenu, secwepmenu, riflemenu, shotgunmenu, snipermenu, meleemenu, etc

Changed functionality of "SPAM SPAWN" key to be a Toggleable system rather than a spam pressed one.

Added waitTest.cfg for +spam_spawn to use to make sure wait doesn't crash the game.

Fixed a console clutter error return when you don't select a character in the select menu.
