-Fixed the Tier 2 and 3 weapon not showing up in the inventory, and not upgrading your current weapon. You might need to make a new save to take effect. If all else fails, start a new campaign.
-Attempted to fix the Mobility and Reaction Fire stats. Added the Detection Modifier (set to 0). Probably not gonna touch this for a while.
-Added separate modifiers for each tier.

-Fixed the Range Modifier.
-EXPERIMENTAL/IN PROGRESS: Added the Mobility and Reaction Fire stats for the M14. Thanks goes out to Zomby's Semi-Auto Mod. Please post in the Bug Report Thread if it doesn't work. Both currently set to 0.
-WORK IN PROGRESS: Added the Tier 2 and 3 weapons, with flavor text. Not sure if the upgraded weapon shows up, or applies the upgrades to your weapon. Please provide feedback if it doesn't show up.

-Fixed the normal maps for the weapon, causing weird lighting anomalies and seams when looking at the weapon in a certain direction.
-The range was pointing to the wrong config, fixed now.
-Cleaned up the package a little.

-M16 now has custom sounds when firing. Please provide feedback if the weapon needs to be louder/quieter.
-New weapon icon. Kinda blurry, but will do for now.
-New weapon attachment icons.
-Disabled attachment UI icons, since they were for XCOM 2's Assault Rifle.
