Added:
Metal Tipped Arrow: This arrow does more damage and will bypass armor.
Gas Arrow: Creates a gas cloud that increases torpor over time. Give 400 torpor over 12 seconds while in the cloud. This knocks players out very fast.

Fixed issues with metal club not working right. Should get more polymer now
