Another attempt to fix the texture.

Changed Icon to custom Icon, added better water container properties, attempted to fix texture issue

Here is tonights entirely rebuilt version. Again everything is 100% in DevKit testing, spawning and placing works with no issue.

Possible Correction of no placement. Still working 100% in Dev Kit but not in game try 3. Changed Child Blueprints to Parent Blueprints by copying them.
